Normally a quotation will be available within 1 days after following details received.

1). Detailed drawings (CAD/PDF/DWG/IGS/STEP)

2). Material specifications. (Can be suggested if application, physical or chemical properties provided)

3). Surface treatment.

4). Quantity (per order/per month/annual)

5). Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels,delivery,etc.

2.Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

Yes, we can sign the NDA before cooperation.

3.I have a sample but don't have drawing, what can I do?

If the sample can be offered, then we can do reverse engineering and scanning to create the drawing, this process will be totally free.

4.What is the MOQ?

Usually, we don't set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.

5.How soon can I get samples or prototype?

Depending on your specific project, usually 7-10 days.

6.Can you provide samples before mass production?

Sure, It is a must procedure. Sample will be charged and refund after mass production.

7.What is your surface treatment?

For Metal Parts: powder coating, sand blasting, painting, polishing, acid pickling, anodizing, enamel, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, electrophoresis, chrome plating.

For Plastic Parts: texture, frosted, heat treatment,plating etc.

8.How do you control the quality?

1) Material inspection--Check the material surface and roughly dimension.

2) Production first inspection--To ensure the critical dimension in mass production. 

3) Sampling inspection--Check the quality before sending to the warehouse.

4) Pre-shipment inspection--100% inspected by QC assistants before shipment.
